I realize no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way.
My practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families and I offer comprehensive services dealing with:
- Mental health education and awareness
- Parenting/Co-Parenting
- Couples/Marriage therapy
- Family communication
- Adoption and foster care
- Reunification for children in DHS custody
- Grief
There are two ways to engage in counseling services.
-
- You can participate in the mental health education classes. Click here for more information. Each class is 3-hour comprehensive review of a specific mental health topic. You do not need to complete an intake/assessment before attending the class. The classes are designed for people who are interested in mental health education but aren’t sure if they want to participate in weekly counseling sessions.
- You can participate in traditional counseling sessions. Click here for more information about the rates for sessions. The first session is a 90-minute intake/assessment. We will discuss the history of the concerning problems, and I will help you create goals/objectives for future sessions. Next, we will schedule the sessions. I recommend weekly sessions at the Tulsa office, and these can be individual, couple, or family sessions (maximum of five people per session).Telehealth sessions are available after completion of the 90-minute intake/assessment. Telehealth sessions are provided through HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software.
