Several factors impact the way we think, feel, and act. Some of the factors include our personality, genes, environment, relationships, sleep, and nutrition. Each factor can have a significant impact on our daily mood. The goals of this class are 1) increasing awareness and 2) identifying areas for growth. The class is taught by Joshua Beavers, MA, LPC, and it can be scheduled at the Tulsa office, your home, or through video chat.
